Meeting Minutes

Attending members: Adam Wood, Amy Wardwell, Mike Storrs, Cara LaBounty, Matt Cherouny

1. Welcome and Public Comment
2. Additions or Deletions to Agenda
3. Review grant:
   1. Committed reviewed grant Jeff Forward received approval from the Selectboard to apply. No match required, discussion around Post Office as a project, State seeking additional applications, Richmond applying could be awarded portions of the grant, committee to decide how to use, committee would require the post office not close or relocate
   2. Adam stated they were waiting on Dubois & King assessment to emphasize cost effectiveness to do post office, need to be reference in energy assessment (energy audit), then finishing the grant draft.
   3. Recommendations were made and Adam Wood to follow up with Jeff Forward.
   4. Matt motion & Mike 2nd, Vote 5-0 to apply for grant.
4. Meeting Minutes- Approved all prior meeting minutes
5. Set Next Meeting Agenda
