Development Review Board
Meets 2nd Wednesday of the month at 7 pm in the Richmond Town Center Building
The Development Review Board (DRB) in the Town of Richmond consists of 5 members and an alternate member all appointed by the Select board.
The DRB reviews and issues decisions on applications brought before it by land owners in the Town of Richmond seeking approval of subdivisions, conditional use permits, and other development which requires an approval for a permit pursuant to the existing Zoning and Subdivision Regulations for the Town of Richmond.
The DRB also hears and makes decisions on any appeals of decisions by the Zoning Administrator.
Decisions by the DRB often require the DRB to interpret and apply the various Town Regulations.
