Additions or Deletions to Agenda

1. Presentation from Camel’s Hump Design Proposal Art Klugo
   1. Process Steps 1-4
      1. Deferred Maintenance Study
      2. Address more than on need to review biggest bang for the buck
      3. Menu options on what to proceed on
      4. Capital Reserve Study
   2. Cost= Phase 1 (pre-design $10,500), Phase 2 (development $23,500). Phase 3 (construction $30,000)
   3. Hiring an Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) Service- understanding who else is involved, when to bond, this service helps committee through complete project
   4. Vote 4-0 to recommend the Selectboard hire an OPM
2. Grant Update – application has been submitted
3. Update from Duncan on Town Center Maintenance
   1. some items are out for RFP, we are on local contractor schedule for small items, most of the lights are fixed outside, interior lights are almost complete, possible storage closet in the hall way, safe to check with historical committee
