Meeting Minutes

Attending members: Amy Wardwell, Mike Storrs, Cara LaBounty

Absent members: Adam Wood, Matt Cherouny

Public attendees: Ellen Falsgraft and Judy Bush from Radiate Art (basement tenant)

Welcome and Public Comment

Additions or Deletions to Agenda

1. Grant Update – application was denied, we did not get the grant
2. Update from November 4, 2024 Selectboard Meeting to consider TCLBC request to hire Project Manager for Town Center – Adam to follow up on RFP request posted. We should have an update at next meeting.
3. Review Library Capital Maintenance Plan- discussion of capital projects the Library Trustees have been managing through the Owners Rep.
4. Updates on Town Center Maintenance Items.
5. Update from Duncan on Town Center Maintenance
   1. Plumbing issues in PO have been resolved, elevator has scheduled maintenance and Duncan will confirm if elevator can be carpeted, committee will still need to follow up on new or repaired doors and security (exterior vs. interior discussions outstanding).
   2.  Radiate representatives discussed their request to seal the floor and walls – this decision is pending engineering to confirm whether it would impact long term plans with exterior flood proofing measures.
   3. Radiate representatives also requested if they could research a chair lift/elevator for access to the basement.   Committee expressed concerns if there was adequate room for ingress & egress, but is open to their research.
