Welcome and Public Comment

Additions or Deletions to Agenda

1. Discuss Camel’s Hump Design Proposal committee was seeking guidance, inviting Art Klugo to October 9, 2024 meeting to present proposal and answer questions
   1. Cost= Phase 1 (pre-design $10,500), Phase 2 (development $23,500). Phase 3 (construction $30,000)
   2. New approach from prior committee, approach changed to needs and expected life of systems vs. dream the big dream
2. Discuss & Review Capital Plan Templates
   1. Draft presented and discussed, changes to be made to add columns for existing and new (purchase date, expected life & maintenance intervals) discussion occurred regarding projects the town is seeking contractors for work on the post office
   2. Library has their own plan
3. Review Prioritize Workspace Improvement Document
   1. Workspace – move forward to look into balancing hot & cold air, dehumidifier in basement, seal basement, gutters & down spouts, fixing bathroom plumbing, stairs, changing offices, alarm systems, cameras, auto lights, stairwell light, exterior lighting
   2. Phil Scott- raises alarm, next budget year socially responsible time, committee is aware of this when proposing spending relating to the Selectboard
4. Set Next Meeting Agenda
