a)    Consideration of approval of liquor licenses* (5 min) 

b)    Discussion of pedestrian, bicycle, and vehicular traffic issues in the Village. The geographic location of focus for this discussion is 1) Bridge St. from the intersection with Rt. 2 south to the Bridge St. bridge, 2) side roads off of Bridge St. between Rt. 2 and the Bridge St. bridge, and 3) municipal owned parking areas off of Bridge St. between Rt. 2 and the Bridge St. bridge

I.    Documents included in meeting packet to facilitate discussion # (5 min): 

       i.    Richmond Bridge St. Complete Streets Corridor Study
       ii.    Richmond Street and Sidewalk Audit
       iii.    Richmond Traffic Ordinance

II.    Creation of a list of pedestrian, bicycle, and vehicular traffic issues based on feedback from the public (20 min)

III.    Discussion of possible solutions to issues listed in agenda item II (85 min)
