a) Discussion of Stormwater General Permit 3-9050 for the Southview Subdivision Including:
1. Boundary of the three permitted areas: Southview Subdivision, Mary Drive, and Hidden Pines # (30 min)
i. Review of letter from the State stating Mary Drive and Hidden Pines are not subject to the three-acre site permitting requirements
ii. Discussion of which parcels and roads are included in each of the three permitted areas
2. Discussion of how it was determined that the three-acre permit applies to the Southview Subdivision (20 min)
3. Discussion of available funding sources (15 min)
4. Next steps to obtain coverage under permit, including deadlines set by the State for each step and the structure of cost share between private landowners and the Town (30 min)
5. Overview of process from initial engineering to construction completion (30 min)
6. Next steps (15 min)
