Bridge St. Construction Updates

The contractor will be in Richmond, Monday - Wednesday, May 9 - 11 to complete the work for the Bridge St. Waterline Replacement Project on Bridge St. from Church St. to Volunteers’ Green. Most of the work is surface restoration including lawns, landscaping, and driveways.

• Expect intermittent one-way traffic between 8am - 4pm, May 9 - 11.
• The Town and the contractor have a list of items that will be addressed during the work. If any residents have feedback on areas that they feel need to be addressed please email Town Manager Josh Arneson at jarneson@ richmondvt.gov
• There is a one year warranty on the work which allows for residents to assess the restoration of their property. Residents who are not satisfied with the restoration work on their property should email Town Manager Josh Arneson at jarneson@ richmondvt.gov and he will notify the contractor and seek to address the concerns.
