The legal voters of the Town of Richmond are hereby warned and notified to meet at Richmond Free Library Community Room, 201 Bridge Steet in said town on April 29, 2023 at 9:00 AM to transact the following business from the floor:

Article 1. Shall the Town of Richmond hold its annual Town Meeting on the 1^st Tuesday in the month of March?
