a)    Welcome new committee member Cara LaBounty
b)    Black River Design (“BRD”) is not attending, expenditure for their service is not yet approved
c)    Review/discuss and prioritize the categories for analysis and comment by BRD, which from our 5/8/24 meeting include:
a.    Re-use previous design work whenever feasible
b.    Minimize overall cost; discuss how to achieve
c.    Identify stand-alone phases of work that can be accomplished (e.g., HVAC, windows, P.O., site restoration, electrical) independently
d.    Clarify what historical-status constraints exist
d)    Approve minutes from 5/8/24 meeting
e)    Items for next agenda
