Wednesday, May 10th, 2023, from 6-8 p.m. @ The Richmond Library
The Williston Community Justice Center will be facilitating a community listening circle from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, May 10th at the Richmond Library. This circle is intended for those who wish to share their thoughts and concerns regarding the potential hiring of Dan Brunelle as Chief of Police. For those who are in support, a separate circle / process will be made available.
Those who are unable to attend the circle, but wish to have their voices heard, may call 802-503-2320 to speak with a CJC staff member or schedule a one-on-one meeting between the hours of 10a.m. and 5 p.m. on the 10th at the Richmond Town Center. Additionally, WCJC volunteers will be present during the hours of 6-8 p.m. for anyone who wishes to speak privately.
A comprehensive report will be made available to the town manager, hiring committee, selectboard members and larger community, outlining the concerns and expressed needs of those who have reached out or who were in attendance.
