i.    Approval of Minutes from previous meeting: 6.8.2023 
ii.    Duncan - Park Use Events.
iii.    Clarification of Recreation line in Richmond town budget:  see budget 2024 line for $500 Special Events and $3,000 for recreation equipment
B.    Volunteer’s Green Flood Impact
i.    Playground and other areas: Impact of the flood.  What does this mean regarding the VT League of Cities of Towns playground inspection? Is another inspection needed?  What is the FEMA response?  Does this increase the likelihood of ARPA funds?  
ii.    Research natural play spaces.  Is there another space for a playground away from the floodplain but in town?

D.    Outreach and Education - Volunteer vacancy - recruitment ideas
E.    Changes to the work plan for 2023-2024 Discussion
