B.     April 15, Selectboard meeting about ARPA draft minutes see page 4. 
Hill moved to approve the $100,000 of ARPA funds that originally reserved for a match for the VOREC grant to be reserved and combined with the $450,000 originally allocated for the Recreation Committee for the parks. Furr seconded. Roll Call Vote follows discussion. Motion passes. 
C.     Collaboration with 3 Parks Committee.  
i.    Mark and Jeanne Agner updates. 
ii.    Recreation Summit May 13, 2024, Selectboard Special Meeting 6 -9 PM.
