A.    Discussion with Select board members Jeff Forward and Lisa Miller. Review what Rec committee has been working on, achievements, goals, reasoning for the committee being structured the way it is, answer any questions, and discuss communication strategies for open and timely information sharing (Sheri and Kate). 
B.    Discussion with Volunteers Green and Browns Court Project Committee member Jeanne Agner (Kirsten and Mark). 
i.    Update on the committee’s work (e.g. gathering information from playground companies) 
ii.    Possibility of  VOREC grant due in December 
C. Administration: (Sheri)  
i.    Approval of Minutes from previous meeting: 10.3.2023
ii.    Duncan - Park Use Events. 
D. Review new strategies on the work plan below and start planning for the February program/special events snowshoeing in each town (Everyone). E. Info about soccer program (Kate). 
F. Next meeting:  Dec 5 set agenda items for the next meeting.
