i.    Approval of Minutes from previous meeting: 12.6.2022
ii.    Annual Report Submission
B.    Review the ARPA Committee List: look down the items that fall under "recreation” and which are the Rec committee considering (Rec Committee work) and if there is an estimate for cost.  Resource VOREC Grant Proposal. 
C.    VOTE Capital Plan Budget Request: consider repairs, improvements, and maintenance and the amount to request for this funding.  Resource link to last year's Town Report.  The Recreation section is on page 70 of the .pdf.  The link to the Town Plan.  Starting on page 41, it lists some of the Action Items associated with different Committees.
D.    Outreach: Start ideas for community engagement and actions to prepare for March proposed Public Meeting to discuss playground ideas.
