4. Review 4.5 23 meeting minutes
5. Village Residential Neighborhoods: selected discussion points (1 hour)
• residential density in relation to ADU’s and two principal structures on a lot
• lot frontage and lot shape requirements for small lots
• introduction to “Traffic Impact” requirements of current and proposed zoning regulations
• S.100 update if any new information
• commissioners’ issues with current VRNN and VRNS drafts
6. Discuss strategy and confirm goals for planning for short-term rentals regulation (30 minutes)
7. Discuss tasks of Coordinating Subcommittee and appoint members (15 minutes)
• outreach to all committees to assess town-wide progress towards Town Plan goals
• coordinate discussion between Housing Committee and Recreation Committee on
Browns Court ball field
8. Other business
• next meeting May 3rd – Jana Brown has agreed to attend
• PC membership – outreach and size of Commission
