Note:   Chairperson may recognize Public Comment period of each Agenda item.

b. 6:15. Welcome new members Brad and Wright- 15 min
and review of ACFC member terms
c. 6:30. SB, RCC, RTC updates if any - 10 min
d. 6:40. 2024 goal setting, including an overview of road map from 2023* - 25 min
Objective: new road map for 2024 that will help guide our work 
e. 7:05. Request For Proposals (Management Plan Revisions) - (15 + 30 min = 45 min.)
1. Read Ian’s draft RFP* ahead of meeting 
2. Committee comments etc. on draft RFP 15 min
3. Volunteer for working groups (potential working groups: RFP writing, ACFC resources: website and associated maps and documents, management plan template) - 30 min
Objective: Gather additional comments from committee members on content of RFP. Create working groups and assign tasks.
f. 7:50. Review most recent provisional trail map* and trail stewardship plan* - 10 min
Objective: Make sure that all committee members are up to speed on the most recent trail plan. Note that we are not finalizing this trail plan or making a motion on it. We are just sharing the work that was done before a number of members stepped down from the committee.
g. 8:00. Next meeting (February 26th, 2024) and Entertain Motion to Adjourn
